DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

Carried out by Nova Poshta at the expense of the Buyer. If cash on delivery is selected, delivery is carried out according to Nova Poshta tariffs, and the delivery cost includes a money transfer fee. Delivery times are 1-3 business days. Depending on the availability of goods in stock, the terms may be extended (in this case, the manager will notify you by e-mail). Parcels are stored at the post office for 6 days, after which an automatic return takes place.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Carried out by Ukrposhta (14-30 days) and Nova Poshta (5-14 days) for full prepayment. The delivery cost is paid after shipment and will depend on the country and dimensions of the parcel. Our manager will contact you by e-mail to clarify the details. After your order is shipped, you will receive a declaration number by which you can track the package, as well as a receipt with the delivery amount for payment.

International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the country of destination.

Delivery to the territory of Russia and Belarus is not carried out.
