EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

You can return or exchange the goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

The return or exchange of the goods is carried out through the Nova Poshta delivery service. All costs associated with the return or exchange of goods of proper quality are paid by the buyer (including the cost of delivery).

Return/exchange conditions:

The goods must be new, without traces of use.
Labels and tags must not be torn or damaged.
Clothing and accessories must not be used.
A full list of requirements for the condition of the goods before return is given in Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
In case of non-compliance with the return/exchange conditions, the seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods.

Before sending the goods, it is necessary to:

Fill out the return form available on the website.
After filling it out, send the goods to the address indicated at the bottom of the page.

In case of detection of a significant defect (hidden defect or manufacturing defect) within 14 days from the date of receipt:

The goods will be accepted by the seller for repair or exchange.
If repair or exchange is impossible, the buyer will be refunded.
All costs of returning goods of inadequate quality are covered by the seller.

Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories.

Please note: The seller has the right to refuse to return quality goods if they are included in the list of goods that are not subject to return in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 172 dated 03/19/1992.
